Four main goals

  1. mapping the conflicts emerging from the economic, social, and cultural transformations of the age of globalization
  2. identifying the economic, social, and cultural groups emerging from each conflict
  3. studying if and how these conflicts are politically translated
  4. investigating the consequences of these processes for democracy
